ARE ALL CHILDREN BORN AS HINDU?

Men are of different religions based on their birth to the parents. But Islam and Christian believe them to be enrolled in their community only after some rituals like baptism and circumcision. Do they believe the children are born not as a member of their community?  Hindu faith is that all babies born to their parenthood are Hindus; hence no rituals need be performed to convert them to their community. My doubt is that, do the other religions believe that all children are born as Hindus, and live as Hindus, as long as they are sacrosancted.
